E-SATHI
E-Sathi is a vehicle booking, food ordering, and guest-house management platform I built for "Dalmia" — a web platform for service admins and a webview Android app for employees that replaced paper forms and phone calls with tracked digital workflows.

Phone calls.
Every vehicle, room, and meal was booked by a phone call and a paper form.
Employees called or filled a form for every service request, then waited for an admin to pick it up. Slips got lost between offices, two people were promised the same room, and no one had a live view of what had been booked or what was still pending.
What landed
on my desk.
A two-person build that I led. I owned it end to end — system design, the PHP backend, the employee webview app, UX, and the client relationship — and worked alongside one front-end engineer who built the admin UI to the specs and designs I set.
System design
Architecture, the data model, and the role-based access scoping each admin to their service.
Backend & APIs
PHP services, MySQL schema, and the booking and service-request workflows.
Employee app
The webview Android app employees use to request and track every service.
UX & admin tooling
Information architecture, request flows, and the per-role admin dashboards.
Team lead
Planned the work, reviewed every PR, and set specs for the front-end build.
Client partnership
Discovery, scoping, demos, and launch — a direct line to Dalmia.
9 modules.
one platform.
Three employee services — vehicle, food, and guest house — plus the per-role admin views, building and flat management, and the employee portal that ties it together. Below, a guided scroll through each module.
Login & Dashboard
Secure entry point and central overview for admins, showing live counts of pending requests across all three services.

Calls I had to make.
Every module had a bottleneck behind it. Tap any decision to see the problem, the call I made, and what it changed.
Employees submitted vehicle bookings, food orders, and guest-house requests through paper forms or phone calls — causing delays, lost requests, and no way to track status.
Built a platform where employees submit every service request with automatic tracking, status updates, and admin notifications for faster processing.
Cut request processing time by 60%, eliminated lost requests, and gave employees real-time status on all their bookings.
Now it runs.
The services went digital in four months. Here's what changed, in numbers employees and admins actually feel.
Vehicle, food, and guest-house requests handled end-to-end through the platform.
Digital submission and tracking replaced paper forms and back-and-forth phone calls.
Automated workflows and admin notifications cut the manual processing overhead.
Every service request moved off paper and phone calls into a tracked digital workflow.
Real-time room availability ended the guest-house conflicts of the manual system.
Vehicle booking, food ordering, and guest-house management — unified in one platform.
From phone calls and paper forms —
to a platform that books, tracks, and reports itself.
Tools that shipped it.
Each platform layer has its own stack — chosen for the constraints of the surface, not convention.
Frontend & App
The admin web UI and the employee Android WebView, on one front-end.
Backend
The core server handling requests, roles, and bookings.
Data & Infra
Where every booking, order, and allotment lives.
