Apna Pariwar is a facility management platform I built solo for "Dalmia" — a web platform for service admins and a webview Android app for 9,000+ employees — handling complaints, electricity billing, milk delivery, rent, flat allotment, and inventory in one place, replacing file-and-call management.

Phone calls.

A township of 9,000 people ran on files, calls, and monthly Excel.

Complaints came in by phone, rent and flat allotments lived in folders, and every electricity and milk bill was recalculated by hand at month-end. One wrong meter reading turned into a dispute, and no one had a live view of what was owed or pending.

Built
end to end, solo.

A single-engineer build — mine from the first schema to the last release. I owned every part of it: system design, the PHP backend, the frontend, the employee webview app, UX, and the relationship with the client.
