APNAPARIWAR
Apna Pariwar is a facility management platform I built solo for "Dalmia" — a web platform for service admins and a webview Android app for 9,000+ employees — handling complaints, electricity billing, milk delivery, rent, flat allotment, and inventory in one place, replacing file-and-call management.

Phone calls.
A township of 9,000 people ran on files, calls, and monthly Excel.
Complaints came in by phone, rent and flat allotments lived in folders, and every electricity and milk bill was recalculated by hand at month-end. One wrong meter reading turned into a dispute, and no one had a live view of what was owed or pending.
Built
end to end, solo.
A single-engineer build — mine from the first schema to the last release. I owned every part of it: system design, the PHP backend, the frontend, the employee webview app, UX, and the relationship with the client.
System design
Architecture, the data model, and the role-based access scoping each admin to their service.
Backend & APIs
PHP services, MySQL schema, and the complaint, billing, and accommodation workflows.
Frontend
The admin web UI and the employee webview — every screen built by hand.
Employee app
The webview Android app 9,000+ employees use to raise and track requests.
UX & admin tooling
Information architecture, request flows, and the per-role admin dashboards.
Client partnership
Discovery, scoping, demos, and launch — a direct line to Dalmia.
8 modules.
one platform.
Complaints, electricity and milk billing, accommodation, and inventory — each with its own scoped admin role — plus the employee portal that ties it together. Below, a guided scroll through each module.
Login & Dashboard
Secure admin login and a summary dashboard giving super admins an instant overview of complaints, billing, and service activity.

Complaint & inventory management
Tracks employee maintenance complaints and manages inventory stock so admins can resolve issues and dispatch supplies from one module.

Electricity billing
Automates electricity bill generation by capturing meter readings per flat and calculating charges, removing manual spreadsheet work.
2 screens

Milk delivery management
Records daily milk deliveries per employee subscription and tracks billing so the admin can generate accurate monthly statements.

Multi-role admin management
Allows the super admin to create and assign role-specific admin accounts so each staff member only accesses their designated service.
2 screens

Milk delivery management - Milk delivery admin role
Dedicated panel for milk delivery admins to log daily deliveries and generate billing entries without access to other platform areas.
2 screens

Calls I had to make.
Every module had a bottleneck behind it. Tap any decision to see the problem, the call I made, and what it changed.
Employees submitted maintenance complaints through phone calls or paper forms — causing delays, lost complaints, and no tracking of resolution status.
Built a platform where employees submit requests digitally with automatic tracking, priority assignment, and admin notifications for faster resolution.
Cut complaint resolution time by 65%, eliminated lost requests, and gave employees real-time status on every complaint.
Now it runs.
The township went digital in five months — built solo. Here's what changed, in numbers employees and admins actually feel.
A full township of staff running complaints, bills, and accommodation through one platform.
Digital submission, priority assignment, and tracking replaced phone calls and paper files.
Automated meter-reading and electricity bill calculation removed spreadsheet mistakes.
Real-time flat availability ended the double-allocations of the manual records.
Complaints, electricity, milk, rent, flat allotment, and inventory — all in one place.
Moved the company off file-and-call management into a tracked digital system.
From files, calls, and monthly Excel —
to a platform that bills, tracks, and reports itself.
Tools that shipped it.
Each platform layer has its own stack — chosen for the constraints of the surface, not convention.
Frontend & App
The admin web UI and the employee Android WebView, on one front-end.
Backend
The core server handling complaints, billing, and accommodation.
Data & Infra
Where every complaint, bill, and allotment lives.
